We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service our customers know us for.
About the Role
Serve trade and retail customers in‑store and over the phone
Process sales, quotes, and orders accurately
Provide friendly, skilled customer support
Assist with general sales and showroom duties
Work Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rotating roster
What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and customer service skills
Positive, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude
Previous sales or trade‑related experience (preferred but not essential)
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
