Global Disability & Community Services is seeking a compassionate Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Support Worker to assist an Indigenous NDIS participant in Maroubra, NSW. You will deliver person-centred support that honours culture, identity and community connections, while empowering the participant to pursue personal goals.

The role emphasizes respectful, empowering care and building trusting relationships with the participant and their family and community.
