This role is ideal for someone currently working in a real estate administrative or associate role who is ready to step up and grow their career in Property Management.

About the Role

As a Leasing & Front office Associate, you’ll work closely with our experienced Property Management team to support the leasing process end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Processing tenancy applications
Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords
Supporting lease preparation and onboarding




General front office administrative tasks & assisting Property Managers

About You

We're looking for someone with:
A current Cert IV in Real Estate or Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in real estate administration, reception, or leasing support (desired)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A qualified, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow
