Daniel Chubb Surgery is seeking an administration superstar who is versatile with hours. This role will begin at 2 days a week with the chance to grow. Days will vary, as support is required on patient consulting days.

You will focus on supporting the daily operations, administration, and patient care functions of the practice.

Our front of team are the highly valued face of our practice and as the first point of contact, you must have an outstanding telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You will support the practice’s operations by handling administrative duties and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Duties include patient appointment co-ordination, managing electronic patient files, private and health fund billing,



managing operating theatre lists and all other front office duties of a busy surgical practice.

Office hours are 9am – 5pm

Essential Requirements
Computer proficiency - Gentu experience is desirable but not essential
Attention to detail
Well presented
Ability to multi task
Enthusiastic
Hospital experience
Accounting experience

Preferable requirements
Previous medical reception experience
