Sci-Fleet Motors are looking for a full time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Administration team at Brendale. This is an excellent opportunity for a energetic person looking to build a career in accounts payable and increase their administration skills. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn other key functions within the team.

You will be responsible for:
High volume accounts payable - end to end process (monthly & weekly payment runs)
Reconciliation of creditor accounts
Purchase order matching
Building relationships and liaising with internal & external stakeholders to achieve results
Manage electronic document and workflow software (Docuware)
Database maintenance & data entry
Accurate record keeping
General administration tasks
Identifying areas for continuous improvement across accounts payable processes

About you:
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Automotive dealership experience is desirable, though not essential




You can demonstrate your ability to be flexible and adaptable
You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines, with minimal data entry errors
You can build strong working relationships with your team and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
You are a team player and are able to work autonomously
You have strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
