Our client is an Australian Company who is a supplier of specialised products, systems, equipment parts and maintenance services to the Australian & Current Zealand Defence Forces, Emergency Services, Government and Industry. You will be joining a close-knit team located in Artarmon.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a diverse and interesting role which is fundamental to this small business. You will ensure the running of the day-to-day operations and administration of the business.
Your duties will include
Answering phones
Processing customer orders and monitor progress
Coordinating incoming and outgoing freight arrangements
Preparation of quotations as required
Assisting in maintaining the office records system
Data Entry
Monitoring invoice receivable due dates / incoming payments
Ordering office equipment supplies and office stationery
Booking travel arrangements
Organising events
Ad hoc general office duties
To be considered for this role:
Previous 2 years office administration experience
Robust organisation skills with meticulous attention for detail
Top communications skills
Robust computer skills in MS Office
This a full time office based role Mondays to Fridays with standard hours being 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary guide is up to $80,000 Superannuation. Please note only Australian Citizens with no criminal record are eligible to apply.
