We are looking for an energetic, charismatic driver/handyman with a natural ability to liaise with a diverse range of contracto4s and installers, strengthen existing relationships and create new ones while working on some of Newcastle's biggest and most influential Projects.
The Role
We have an exciting prospect for a motivatedDelivery Driver/ Handyman to join our team. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the construction or fencing industry.
Your primary responsibility will be delivering, picking up, and loading materials in and around theCentral Coast area.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Driving company vehicles to deliver materials and fencing products to and from sites
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Providing minor field support on-site such as:
Installing and adjusting temporary fencing
Fixing or replacing hinges and latches
Performing light, hands-on repairs where needed
Skills and Requirements:
A reliable, motivated, enthusiastic team player attitude
Robust work ethic and positive 'can-do' mindset
Current and valid driver’s licence - MR licence a bonus
Hands-on experience or a willingness to learn minor repairs and basic installation tasks
Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a supportive team culture
Experience in the Fencing or Building & Construction Industry - Preferred
A explicit criminal record and driving history
