We're looking for an experienced café all-rounder who can take ownership and assist with day-to-day café operations.
Dogge is a new café and retail experience built around outstanding coffee, quality food and a genuine love for dogs. We're looking for warm, energetic person to help bring our brand to life and create a space where people and pups feel instantly welcome.

About the Role
As a Café All-Rounder & Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering a standout experience for everyone. Your day will include:
Delivering warm, genuine service and creating memorable moments
Making great coffee and serving easy food
Creating a welcoming experience for people and their dogs
POS operation,
retail sales and payments
Keeping the café retail space clean, organised and looking great
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with orders, stock, administrative duties.
Supporting events and activities that bring the Dogge community together
About You
Previous supervisory/team leader experience
Friendly, reliable and service-driven team player
Comfortable communicating with customers and handling feedback
Team-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Available to work weekends
A genuine love of dogs is a must
Applicants must be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents.
