Better Rehab is offering an Occupational Therapist Graduate Program 2027. The role includes delivering participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinics with autonomy and solid supervision.
You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 in a community-based setting, building relationships and progressing outcomes with a supportive team. Graduating in 2026 or January 2027, you must hold OT qualifications, have a driver’s licence and vehicle, and obtain required checks.
