About the Company

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation within the security products and distribution industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift & Dispatch Operator to join their team in Melbourne Airport.

The Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners




Process and dispatch orders through ERP and freight systems
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts (Reach and Counterbalance)
Move stock throughout the warehouse
Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse presentation
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

About You
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
High Reach Forklift experience (essential)
Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or logistics
Solid attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
