We are a proud, family-run business with an expanding fleet, and we’re looking for a motivated Transport Supervisor to join our team in Cooranbong, NSW.
About the Role
You will oversee the daily operations of 4 trucks, ensuring runs are planned and completed on time, with vehicles leaving site at 6am sharp. This role involves working closely with our major contractor to ensure high standards of service, reliability, and compliance are met.
Key Duties
Supervise daily truck operations (4 vehicles)
Ensure runs are completed on schedule
Liaise with contractors and drivers to meet deadlines
Monitor compliance and safety standards
Support smooth daily operations and problem-solving as required
About You
Solid organizational and communication skills
Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet supervision
Ability to manage deadlines and motivate a small team
Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
