We are seeking a skilled and reliable qualified Painter and Decorator Tradesman to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring high-quality paint application and finishes. Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as required
Apply coats of paint, varnish, stain or enamel to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces
Select appropriate materials and colors based on specifications and customer preferences
Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and safety




Follow industry standards and safety regulations to ensure efficient and secure completion of projects
Collaborate with team members, including contractors and supervisors, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are properly stored

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painter, demonstrating expertise in various painting techniques and applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites (Mandatory)
Possession of a current construction card
Knowledge of paint types, color mixing, and matching techniques
Solid attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, lifting, and working at heights
