About the Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, leading the front‑of‑house team, and ensuring outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced dining setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and motivate the Front of House team.
Manage the day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and effective service.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Train, coach and develop team members to achieve excellent service standards.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient communication and service.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain workplace hygiene, presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a hands‑on approach.
The ability to work under pressure in a quick‑paced restaurant environment.
Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Previous experience in a Cantonese restaurant, Chinese banquet restaurant or Yum Cha restaurant will be highly regarded.
A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
