Medical Receptionist (Part-Time or casual)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming healthcare team on a part time or casual basis. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with shifts rostered between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and accurate data entry
Prepare theatre lists in a timely and precise manner
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Maintain patient records and billing accounts using FYDO Patient Management Software
Perform general administrative and filing duties

About You
Previous experience in hospital admissions or medical reception (preferred)
Solid communication and customer service skills




Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FYDO is highly regarded
Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy requirements
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
