Fishermen’s Pier in Geelong, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Chef to lead our seafood-focused kitchen. The role requires a passion for up-to-date Australian cuisine, high standards of food quality and teamwork in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
The successful candidate will have a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification, at least two years’ experience as a chef, and a solid understanding of HACCP and food safety. Weekend/evening work may be required.
