Service Coordinator / Scheduler

Unimat Pty Ltd is a NATA-accredited slip resistance testing and floor treatments company based in Revesby. We test, treat and certify floors for shopping centres, commercial buildings, builders and government clients across Sydney.

We need a Service Coordinator to own our schedule: the person who turns 20–30 new jobs a week into a clean, route-sensible calendar that keeps our technicians productive and our clients informed.

What you'll be doing

Running the daily schedule for our testing, treatments and coatings crews in ServiceM8

Being first point of contact for client enquiries — triaging, quoting standard jobs and following up

Coordinating night works programs, including bookings, inductions and site access with head contractors

Issuing technicians complete job packs — scope, materials, SWMS, access details

Handling same-day changes (weather, access,



crew availability) calmly and keeping clients ahead of the news

Running our aftercare and re-test booking cadence, and moving completed jobs to ready-to-invoice

What we're looking for

2+ years in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination — trades, construction, FM or similar

Experience with ServiceM8, AroFlo, simPRO or a similar job management platform (ServiceM8 a big plus)

A confident, skilled phone manner with commercial clients

Someone organised and decisive who can run a live schedule under constant change

Valuable working knowledge of Sydney geography
