NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking a Part Time Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Care Coordination Team. You will perform recovery-oriented assessments, collaborate on goal and treatment planning, and provide care coordination for allocated consumers while assisting with DBT program development and evaluation.

There is encouragement and support for supervision and CPD activities. The role is based within the Care Coordination Team, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Mental Health Service.
