Carlile Swim is seeking a Competitive Pathways Coordinator to coach squads, mentor coaches and drive the growth of our Competitive Pathways program across NSW.
This hands-on role covers multiple locations—Killarney Heights, Ryde and Cherrybrook—with travel between sites and occasional weekend swim meets.
You will foster a positive, secure, high-performing workplace, build robust relationships with swimmers and families, and lead pathway administration and communication.
