Restoke.ai is seeking a Customer Success / Onboarding qualified to own activation, adoption and long-term value for a portfolio of venues. You will design repeatable playbooks, in-app guides and moments that delight customers, driving quick activation and high retention.
You will work with a growing team to build scalable processes, leverage health scores and dashboards, and partner with Product to improve guides and help center content across Australia and North America.
