Everlab is hiring a Customer Success representative to bridge sales, onboarding and ongoing support in a rapid‑growing healthtech startup in Australia. This hybrid/remote role centers on the member experience, guiding current users from onboarding through activation and retention.
You’ll coordinate with Sales, Clinical and Operations, handle payments and bookings, and use HubSpot, Notion and Airtable to keep data accurate.
