Western Health in Victoria is seeking a Dispensary Pharmacist - Grade 1 to join our team on a permanent full time basis, 80 hours per fortnight.

The role will provide dispensing services for inpatients and outpatients, including HITH, with emphasis on patient education, medicines safety and team-oriented care with prescribers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
