Coogee Bay Hotel is seeking a Store Manager to lead two bottle shops and deliver outstanding guest service in a quick-paced setting. You will supervise staff, drive operational standards, and act as second-in-charge to the Retail and Procurement Manager. A hands-on leader is essential.

You will manage rostering, stock control, merchandising, and compliance while fostering a positive team culture and high service levels. RSA certified candidates are preferred.
