What You’ll Do
Answer trade and retail calls about automotive components
Provide advice, quotes and technical guidance on repair and remanufacturing options
Support customers with job tracking, warranty queries and diagnostic information
Liaise with workshop technicians and the repair lab to ensure a smooth turnaround
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open jobs
About You
Background in automotive repair, diagnostics or auto electrical work
Experience as a mechanic or service advisor would be highly regarded
Robust technical understanding of modern vehicle systems
Confident and professional phone manner with a genuine interest in helping customers
Positive attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment
