AGA, part of the IntoWork Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Training Lead to join the RTO team. You will oversee the Electrical Apprenticeship pathway, drive delivery performance, and mentor Trainers and Assessors to achieve high-quality learner outcomes.
You will ensure ASQA standards compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and implement continuous improvement across the electrical training stream while supporting student progression and program delivery.
