Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Part or Full time Strata Manager or Assistant at Abode Strata. The role will be based in South Perth/Joondalup in WA, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of properties, communication with property owners and tenants, financial management, and assisting the Strata Manager.

Experience in property management, strata management, or real estate
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with Strata Councils and stakeholders
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and robust financial management skills
Relevant certification or diploma in property management or related field
