Grand Pacific Health in North Sydney is seeking a Suicide Prevention Peer Worker for universal aftercare support. This part time, fixed-term role (30 hours per week) reports to the Service Manager and focuses on building supportive relationships with people accessing aftercare following crisis or suicide attempt.
You will deliver individual and group supports, develop wellbeing and safety plans, and collaborate with Integrated Wellbeing Hub teams.
