About the Role:
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll take the lead on complex workplace injury cases, guiding both clients and junior consultants toward strong, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation and injury management cases across Same Employer, Current Employer,
Early Intervention, and Assessment services
Provide tailored rehabilitation advice to clients, employers, insurers, and key stakeholders
Conduct Functional, Vocational, Initial Needs, and Workplace assessments
Attend medical case conferences and coordinate sustainable return-to-work plans
Mentor and support junior consultants within the team
Build and strengthen relationships with employers and insurers to drive business growth
What You'll Need:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
Full registration with AHPRA or ASORC (where applicable)
Proven experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
Strong understanding of NSW workers' compensation systems (SIRA experience highly regarded)
Driver's license and willingness to travel across Sydney metro
A genuine desire to help people rebuild and return to meaningful work
