About the role

Join the team at Blooms The Chemist Grafton as a part-time Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, you will be an integral part of the pharmacy, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the business. The position is based in Grafton, NSW 2460.

What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with product selection and providing information on medications and health-related topics
Accurately processing customer prescriptions and sales transactions
Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Providing administrative support to the pharmacy team
Ensuring a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment
Upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare or retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and informative customer service
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail




A keen interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy products and services
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established policies and procedures
Flexibility to work part time hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
