About the role

As our Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities and helping organisations improve the way they print, scan, manage and secure their documents. You'll work with businesses across a broad range of industries, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity and deliver smarter workplace technology solutions. This is a true consultative sales role where you'll be supported by an experienced service team, dedicated customer support staff and market-leading technology partners.

Key responsibilities
Identify and secure current business opportunities throughout your territory
Develop and grow existing customer relationships
Build relationships with business owners, executives, IT managers and procurement teams
Conduct customer needs analysis and workflow assessments
Prepare and present qualified proposals and business cases
Negotiate and close profitable sales opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline using CRM




Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business
Work closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

About you
Proven success in B2B sales
A robust track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confidence in prospecting and generating new opportunities
Robust negotiation and closing skills
The ability to manage a structured sales pipeline
A positive, resilient and self-motivated attitude
A current NSW Driver Licence
