An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Designer to join the in-house creative team of a well-known and growing retail brand.

Based in the CBD at their head office, this is a newly created role joining an established creative team consisting of a Lead Designer and a Midweight sitting within the wider marketing department. You will work closely alongside the lead creative , producing engaging, high-quality creative across a broad mix of brand and marketing activity. This is a diverse, hands-on role spanning brand-led projects, integrated campaigns, print, digital, social and event creative.

The business is wanting to embrace AI within its creative and marketing function, so they are keen for this recent hire to have been actively using AI tools in their day-to-day process and to be able to demonstrate that. You should be comfortable talking through examples of projects where AI has significantly improved your workflow while maintaining the quality of the creative.

The successful candidate with have solid experience as a Senior Designer with conceptual ability. You will be comfortable taking a project from brief to final creative with strong attention to detail.



A collaborative and positive approach to work with senior stakeholders within the business. Experience with retail, or consumer, would be highly regarded.

The role is full time in the office working 8.30am-5pm working in a lovely premises with great end of trip facilities. Suitable candidates must hold full Australian working rights.

You will be responsible for:
Developing creative across brand and integrated marketing campaigns
Designing across print, digital and social channels
Taking projects from initial brief and concept through to finished creative
Working closely with the Lead Designer and wider Brand & Marketing team
Helping maintain brand consistency while continuing to evolve the creative
Fully conversant across the Adobe Creative Suite and other AI applications
Using AI as part of your creative workflow to improve efficiency, exploration and creative outcome
Transparent communication comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
