We are seeking a qualified carpenter to join our growing NORTHERN/ WESTERN SUBURBS
based team at Blueprint building group PTY LTD .
This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality construction projects across the region, we specialize in current builds predominantly FRAMING.
If you do not have EXTENSIVE framing experience please do not apply.
Job would suit someone who has been lead of a framing crew
What you'll be doing
Accurately read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures and fixtures
Install doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, and other architectural components
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
Qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in framing
Must hold Certificate III in Carpentry qualification
Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
MUST have a high competency in ALL aspects of domestic framing
Must be willing to travel as we work in all Melbourne suburbs from Geelong , Melbourne's west , north and inner suburbs
Must be an Australian permanent resident
