Opportunity:
A national provider of injury and disability management is looking for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, either a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist, to join their Sydney team with genuine room to grow.

As a national provider, the business invests properly in its people, with a structured induction, ongoing training and mentoring built into the role from day one. This is a valuable fit for a clinician who wants to keep developing their skills rather than plateau in a role.

The focus is Same Employer Psychological services across Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care and CTP schemes. No vocational assessments or Different Employer case management, keeping the scope explicit while you build your experience.

Full-time is preferred, though part-time will be considered at a minimum of 4 days per week.

Location:
The role is based in Sutherland Shire NSW,



with work servicing across the Sydney metro area. A driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are needed for travel between clients and workplaces.

About You:
You hold general registration with AHPRA as a Registered Psychologist or full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience within occupational rehabilitation.
You are looking to build a long-term career in rehabilitation, with a genuine interest in ongoing learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial psychological and workplace assessments
Facilitate effective workplace discussions with clients and employers
Deliver vocational and rehabilitation counselling
Case conference with allied health professionals
