TheRole
You will be the responsible for all level 1 and 2 support queries that originated form the 20+ accounts that use the company's technology. Typical quires will be focused on the technical windows setting and will include hardware support as well as excellent levels of customer service to the clients.
The position will be working on a 4-day work week with hybrid working to allow you both office based work and remote / WFH.
You will also be asked to do on call weekend work and will be paid on top of your annual salary.
You receive a daily on call allowance and any hours worked during the weekend will be paid at 150% of your normal hourly rate.
