Specialised Rostering: Proven experience managing complex, high-volume rostering and scheduling specifically in the Health or Aged Care sector.
Compliance Expertise: Robust industry knowledge of relevant labour laws, Award compliance, and clinical staffing models.
Transparent Communication: Naturally connect with people at every level, adjusting your style from conversational to direct as needed.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable steps and skillfully guide people through resolution.
