Wesley Mission in Newcastle region is seeking casual/part time and permanent part-time Youth Workers/Direct Care Workers to support children in Interim Care Model and Therapeutic Care Home settings. Roles include weekend shifts and potential sleepovers, with adaptable schedule and a team-focused environment.

The program supports children aged 9–14 in transitioning to more permanent placements within a therapeutic framework.
