This is a unique prospect to launch and sell from our brand-new display homes at Alamora Estate, Tarneit, currently under construction and due to open soon.

54-square Double Storey Display

25-square Single Storey Display

What You’ll Do

As a Recent Home Advisor, you'll guide customers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving outstanding sales results.

Your responsibilities will include
Building robust relationships with new home buyers
Selling new homes and house & land packages
Managing customer enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline
Preparing quotations and guiding customers through the sales journey




Maintaining a qualified and welcoming display environment
Working collaboratively with our internal sales, drafting and construction teams

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales, driven by results and thrives on creating outstanding customer experiences.

Ideally you’ll have
Experience in current home sales (highly regarded)
A proven ability to build rapport and close sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High levels of professionalism and presentation
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to succeed
