The Manly Hotel is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy floor team at a premier Brisbane venue. You will coordinate staff across bar, bistro and gaming spaces, ensuring exceptional service and safety while maintaining the pub’s vibrant atmosphere.
You’ll bring hands-on leadership, prior supervisory experience, and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as required by state regulations to drive performance and guest satisfaction on every shift.
