The Commercial Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring financial performance. Key responsibilities:
Lease administration, including rent reviews, negotiation and lease renewals
Manage arrears and outgoings budgets
Rent collection and reconciliation of trust funds and disbursements
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinate fit outs and make positive obligations
The successful applicant will have:
Current certificate of registration as a salesperson or full real estate license
Previous commercial property management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of lease contracts, renewals and rent increases
Drivers licence and own car to be able to conduct site visits
Professional presentation and robust communication skills
Portfolio of Commercial & Retail assets
