Senior sales and business development manager

In this strategic sales role based on the Gold Coast, you will drive business growth and market expansion for Ritek Technology across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers and neighbouring regions. You will work closely with key decision-makers across the commercial and residential construction sectors to promote Ritek's advanced formwork systems.

Key responsibilities

Execute a targeted sales strategy to expand Ritek's market share across multi-residential, commercial, and residential construction projects

Engage early with architects and engineers to secure Ritek specifications on project plans, then close deals with head contractors and formworkers

Provide tailored formwork solutions that align with project-specific technical, structural, and acoustic requirements

Build and nurture long-term relationships with local builders, developers, structural engineers, and key sub-contractors

Manage project lifecycles from initial concept through to job-site delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business

Conduct board room level presentations on the applications and advantages of the Ritek permanent formwork system.

About you

Based on the Gold Coast with a strong understanding of the local construction landscape





3+ years of successful business development or account management experience within construction materials, formwork, drywalls, or structural systems

Demonstrated track record of navigating long sales cycles, reading project plans, and closing high-value deals

An established network of Gold Coast and SE QLD builders, structural engineers, developers, and contractors is highly regarded

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with an eagerness to learn Ritek's evolving system configurations

Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's license with the ability to drive across the region as part of their work week.

Highly autonomous with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills
