About the Role
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes
Execute our Asian fusion menu with consistency and creativity
Maintain excellent food presentation and quality standards
Manage stock, ordering, and minimise food waste
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen during busy service
Contribute new menu ideas and seasonal specials

What We're Looking For




Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef in a café or restaurant
Experience with Asian fusion cuisine is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch service
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organised, and passionate about food
Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
Full Australian working rights
