Imperial Hotel is seeking a motivated Chef/Cook to join our busy kitchen in Avenel, VIC. The successful applicant will prepare high-quality meals, support day-to-day operations and contribute to an excellent dining experience in a rapid-paced team. The role requires a 2-year Diploma of Hospitality Management and 1–3 years of full time chef/cook experience.
Excellent time management, communication and leadership skills are essential. Salary range $75,000–$85,000 per annum + superannuation.
