Moorebank | Family-Owned Business | Forklift Licence Required
We are a well-established, family-owned business based in Moorebank and are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Truck Driver / Yard Hand to join our team.
This is a casual position to start, with the chance to progress into full-time employment for the right person.
About the Role
The role will involve a combination of truck driving, forklift operation and general yard duties, including:
Driving company trucks for local deliveries and collections
Loading and unloading materials using a forklift
Assisting with bin movements and yard operations
General yard duties and manual labour
Organising and maintaining the yard
Ensuring trucks, equipment and work areas are kept clean and safe
Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Working efficiently as part of a supportive team
Requirements
MR Driving Licence (Essential)
Valid Forklift Licence (Prefered)
Previous truck driving, yard or labouring experience preferred
Good driving history and a safety-focused attitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable communication skills
Must be 18+ years of age
Australian citizenship required for this position
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 3:30pm
Optional Saturday mornings available
$36–$38 per hour, depending on experience and suitability
Casual position with potential to move into full time employment
Immediate start available
