Bolton Clarke is seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical governance, staff management and ongoing care for residents across our aged care homes in NSW. You will drive continuous improvement, develop and monitor nurse care plans, and ensure audits and standards are met with a solid focus on quality and safety.
You will supervise RNs and PCWs, coordinate responses to clinical incidents, and contribute to staff development and training within a supportive, not-for-profit workplace.
