3Sheets on the Harbour is seeking kitchen staff for a quick-paced venue offering up-to-date pub fare and international cuisine. You will be proficient in hand stretching dough and cooking pizzas in a wood-fired oven, with the ability to run a section alone during weekdays to ensure a smooth service.
Summer service is extremely busy, with up to 250 pizzas per day. You will help maintain prep and stock levels, uphold OH&S; standards, and work closely with the kitchen team.
