Manage an established $1m+ portfolio of fees.
Work directly with SME, family group and high-net-worth clients.
Lead and develop an established Business Services team.
Focus on high-level tax, structuring and business advisory.
Take ownership of client relationships, portfolio performance and growth.
Work closely with the Partners on strategy and business development.

About You

You will be CA/CPA qualified with significant Australian Public Practice experience and a strong background across Business Services, Tax and Advisory.

You will already be operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Director level, with experience managing a substantial portfolio and team, and be looking for an chance where equity is a realistic next step rather than an open-ended promise.
