Accor is seeking a Reservations/Guest Service Agent in Victoria to handle enquiries via email or phone, upsell hotel services, and maximise revenue prospects. You will provide knowledgeable, friendly service to guests and ensure special requests are communicated to the right departments for timely action.

Experience in reservations or guest services and familiarity with RMS or Opera are advantageous; training can be provided for the right candidate.
