We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a busy and collaborative team in a diverse and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral and supporting documentation
Respond to and assist with customer enquiries
Liaise with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist customers with product and service-related queries, troubleshooting where required
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
Ensure timely follow-up of customer requests and outstanding actions
Provide administrative support for projects and customer service initiatives
Assist the Customer Service Manager with general administrative duties
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, and administration
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
