Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, refine, and manage requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions and backlog management.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Ensure requirement traceability, impact analysis, and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Develop test scenarios and support UAT to validate requirements.
Identify dependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams.
Continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Skills & Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile settings.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, and documentation.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MIRO.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
Ability to work in rapid-paced environments with changing priorities.
