Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a Head of Equity & Inclusion to build the foundations of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan and to own reporting obligations under Victorian law.
You will design data infrastructure, establish metrics, work with First Nations leaders, and embed equity into People Operations and governance. This is a full time role with hybrid work arrangements and a competitive package.
