Adelaide Oval is one of Australia's most iconic venues, known for delivering world-class events, premium hospitality and unforgettable experience. We're seeking a Kitchen Workforce Coordinator to support our Executive Chef and the wider kitchen brigade in coordinating the people, processes and compliance that keep our kitchen operations running smoothly.

As a Kitchen Workforce Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting workforce administration, recruitment and onboarding of our casual kitchen workforce, rostering coordination and employee record management across our large kitchen brigade. You'll be at the centre of workforce operations, building robust relationships with employees and leaders while ensuring they have the support, information and resources they need to thrive.

What you'll be doing:
Providing administrative support to the Executive Chef and wider kitchen brigade.
Maintaining and monitoring employee records and workforce compliance requirements, including licences, qualifications, and mandatory training.
Managing Casual Labour including utilization, forecasting and scheduling of rosters.
Coordinating the recruitment, selection and onboarding of Casual Kitchen workforce.

What you'll bring:
Proven experience in administration,



workforce coordination, HR administration or hospitality support.
Rostering and workforce scheduling experience (Experience using FoundU highly regarded)
Knowledge of HACCP food safety systems and compliance requirements.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence working with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint.

Please note that out of hours will be a requirement of this role. This includes nights, weekends, public holidays and Major Event Days at Adelaide Oval. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate must be adaptable with their hours and available for all major events at Adelaide Oval.
